Passionate Advocacy. Personal Commitment. Proven Results.
About
At Kurle Law, LLC, we are more than just a law firm—we’re a team of advocates who believe in standing up for those who have been harmed by negligence, abuse, or medical error. We fight for individuals and families across Decatur, Metro Atlanta, and throughout Georgia, helping them navigate some of the most painful and difficult moments of their lives.
Whether it’s a devastating medical mistake, a loved one’s fall in a nursing home, or a life-changing injury after a car accident, we approach every case with the same goal: deliver justice, secure accountability, and help our clients move forward.
Before founding Kurle Law, Attorney Jennifer Kurle spent more than a decade in the medical field as a respiratory therapist. She witnessed firsthand the impact that inconsistent care and system failures have on real people—and she knew she could do more. That’s what led her to law.
Today, Jennifer uses her unique medical background and legal training to advocate for clients in cases involving medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, and personal injury. She brings informed insight, professional integrity, and relentless energy to every case she takes on.

Attorney Jennifer Kurle
Prior to earning her law degree, Attorney Jennifer Kurle worked in the medical field as a respiratory therapist for over 10 years. During her time in the healthcare industry, Jennifer witnessed firsthand the disparity in care some patients received due to the type of insurance they did or didn’t have. This drove Jennifer to pursue a new career and discover a different way to help people. Now, she provides passionate legal representation to clients in Decatur, Metro Atlanta, and throughout Georgia who have been injured due to negligence.

Back when Jennifer worked as a medical professional, she saw others suffer the consequences of a healthcare system that failed them. Today, she fights for people who were failed by negligent nursing homes, irresponsible doctors and nurses, healthcare providers, and those injured due to the irresponsible actions of others. Having prior experience in the medical field allows Jennifer to provide unique insight and legal representation to those who have suffered serious injuries at the hands of others.
